Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this REGION. PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the order process.

Shipping Time

Orders will be delivered within 7-11 business days.
The time required to prepare the order, issue the invoice, and check product stock is indicated on our WEBSITE. These durations are calculated excluding weekends and official holidays. Provided that the email address given in the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an email notification when the PRODUCTS are shipped.

Delivery Times and Costs

During the ordering process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER of the possible delivery times and methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, these costs will be added to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS and paid by the CUSTOMER. Delivery Terms

The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to collect the package from the post office.

Delivery Issues

The CUSTOMER will be informed of the expected delivery date when selecting the carrier at the end of the online order process, before confirming the order. Deliveries are expected to be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

If delivery is not completed within this period, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to deliver the PRODUCTS within a reasonable time. If delivery is still not made within this period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract. The SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery fees, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER, without unnecessary delay after receiving the termination notice.

The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have three (3) days from delivery to report any damage or partial loss to the carrier.
